Leap search apparently has a bug, which they finally admitted to me. To be clear, searching for numbers in document names is buggy. If I search for a document "2.36", search will not find it. I have attached the answer provided to me to explain why search cannot find the document.
This is intolerable.

This issue has made searching files very difficult. In some cases, lawyers in our office have stopped using the program because their document lists are unsearchable by title.
