Does anyone have trouble opening Reports? I receive message "oops something went wrong". How can I fix the problem?

    Reports are opening properly. Try re-starting your computer and re-login to LEAP. Also, check your internet connection. If the problem persists, take a screen shot showing the URL, and submit to Help & Support.

    I am having the same problem, the first time LEAP advised to clear by cache and that worked for a day. Problem is back.
