Please see below for information on issues that may prevent you from saving emails to a LEAP Matter.

If your email won't save to matter and it appears in the matter for a few seconds and then disappears, this is because the exact email has already been saved to LEAP. LEAP does not allow duplicates of the same email to be uploaded.
If your email does not save to the matter, please check and ensure you are not using IMAP as it is not supported by LEAP.
