If you want emails assigned to LEAP to stay in your Inbox/sent folders instead of moving to the Inbound/Outbound LEAP Matter Based Emails folder, turn off both the Auto Routing and Move Assigned Email(s) options.

When Auto Routing is turned on, any replies within an email chain sent via LEAP will be automatically saved to the LEAP matter and the email will be automatically moved to the Inbound LEAP Matter Based Emails folder in Outlook.

To turn off both the Auto Routing and Move Assigned Email(s) options:

In Outlook, click on the small arrow icon on the bottom right corner of the Save to Matter button.
The LEAP Automation Options for Microsoft Outlook window will open.
Under the Email heading, untick Auto Routing and untick Move Assigned Email(s).

Click OK.
Moving forward, you will need to manually move any emails in the Inbound LEAP Matter Based Emails folder to the Inbox folder, if needed.

Once the Auto Routing/Move Assigned Email(s) options are disabled, emails sent through LEAP will no longer be automatically moved to the LEAP Outbound LEAP Matter-Based Emails folder and will stay in your Outlook Sent folder.

Similarly, incoming emails will remain in your inbox instead of being moved to the Inbound LEAP Matter-Based Emails folder.

Please note that turning Auto Routing off will not retroactively move emails already in the LEAP Inbound Matter Based Emails folder.
