Location: LEAP Menu > Reports > Trust > Trust Fund Requests - Unpaid

Purpose: Displays unpaid Online Payments Trust Fund Requests, assisting in tracking outstanding requests and following up as needed. Use the Group By options to organize the data by matter or by bank account.

The Trust Fund Requests - Unpaid Report helps identify which clients still need to pay further funds into Trust. This report is particularly useful for law firms to manage and monitor unpaid trust fund requests, ensuring that they can efficiently follow up on outstanding payments.

Filters:

Group by

Group the report by:

None: Displays all records in one flat list.
Matter Number: Groups the records by matter, so you can see all requests associated with each specific matter together.
Bank Account: Groups the records by bank account, allowing you to quickly review requests linked to each trust bank account.

Report Fields:

Matter No.	Matter Number.
Transaction No.	Reference number of the Trust Fund Request.
Date	Trust Fund Request transaction date.
Bank Account	The relevant Trust Bank Accounts.
Recipient	Details of recipient of the Trust Fund Request.
Reason	The Trust Fund Request's reason.
Amount	The Trust Fund Request's value.
