How To

Location: LEAP Menu > Reports > General Account > Online Payments Received

Purpose: The Online Payments Received report (previously known as the RapidPay Receipts report) lists all payments received into the selected General Account via Online Payments.

Report Trigger: The report will reference all payments that are created for a defined General Bank Account via Online Payments.

Filters:

Date Range	Date range is based on the transaction date of the payment received.
Bank Account	Lists either All or selected General Bank Account, or Undeposited Funds.
Expand	Payment Totals: Results not expanded and list payment totals only. Payment Items: Results are expanded and lists additional payment details.

Report Fields:

Date	Transaction date of the Payment.
Rec No	Reference number of the Payment.
Online Payments Settlement Date	The date Online Payments transaction is cleared and is settled in to the Bank Account. If the item is expanded, the following will display: Matter number Client’s short name.
Receivable’s Mailing list	The receivable of the matter, at the time of receiving payment.
Memo	The Receive Payment's memo. If the item is expanded the following will display: Invoice or Reference Number.
Reversed	The payment’s reversal date, if reversed.
Amount Ex	The payment’s value excluding tax.
Tax	The payment’s tax value.
Amount Inc Tax	The payment’s value including tax.
