You're able to set up LEAP to automatically export your general ledger journals saving you time and effort in manually exporting them.

Regularly check your General Ledger Link to ensure that all journals are in your accounting application.

Desktop: Click the LEAP Menu > Settings > Application Settings.

The LEAP Application Settings will open in a new window.

Web: Click User-added image > Settings > Application Settings.

The LEAP Application Settings will open in a new window.

Click Accounting > General.
Tick the General Ledger Auto Export checkbox.
Click Save.

The automatic export of your general ledger journals is now enabled.
Manually export all your current unexported general ledger journals.

From now on your general ledger journals are automatically exported.

At times the automatic export of general ledger journals may be disabled. If this happens, the person who enabled the General Ledger Auto Export checkbox will be notified by email and a message will also be displayed on the General Ledger options page. You'll have to repeat the above procedure to export your general ledger journals automatically.
