Location: LEAP Menu > Reports > Trust > Separate Interest-Bearing Accounts > Separate Interest-Bearing Accounts Control Account

Purpose: Provides a list of all Separate Interest-Bearing Account transactions within a specified period.

The report tracks deposits, withdrawals, fees charged, and interest earned on Separate Interest-Bearing Accounts, along with balances of these accounts.

Filters:

Date Range

Displays all Separate Interest-Bearing Account transactions within the specified date range, based on either Transaction Date or Entry Date according to your Sort By option.

Sort By

Users can sort the report by one of the following:

Transaction Date – the date when the transaction occurred.
Entry Date – the date when the transaction was recorded in the system.

Both dates are determined based on the transaction window.

Report Fields:

Date	The date of the transaction. NOTE: When the Transaction Date and Entry Date differs, the report will show both. The Entry Date will be marked with a * to distinguish from the Transaction Date.
Reference	The transaction reference number.
Paid To/Received from & Reason	Displays the Payee or Payer of the transaction, and the transaction reason.
Trainsit No./Number, Name Matter No., Client Matter Description	Trainsit Number, Account Number & Account Name. Matter Number, Client. Matter Description.
Withdrawal	Bank Fees and Withdrawal transactions.
Deposit	Interest and Deposit transactions.
Balance	Total Separate Interest-Bearing Account balance.
