How To

Location: LEAP Menu > Reports > Trust > Online Payments Received

Purpose: The Online Payments Received report (previously known as the RapidPay Receipts report) lists all payments received through Online Payments that have been recorded in the Trust Ledger for a selected bank account. Users can filter the results by specifying a transaction period.

Filters:

Date Range	Displays Online Payments transactions within the specified date range.
Bank Account	A list of general Trust Bank Accounts. The report will display transactions for the selected general Trust Bank Account.

Report Fields:

Date	The Date of the Online Payments transaction.
Ref No.	The Reference Number of the Online Payments transaction.
Payments Settlement Date	The date the Online Payments transaction is cleared and is settled into the Trust Bank Account.
Received From	Displays the following: Bank Deposit: Per bank deposit slip. Trust Fund Request Payment Received: Card attached to the Trust Funds Request. Payment against an invoice where settlement to trust is active: Receipt, <<Debtor's Name>>.
Matter No, Client Name; Matter Description	Displays the following: Matter number. Clients name. Matter description.
Reason	Displays the following: Bank Deposit: Per a bank deposit slip. Trust Funds Request Payment Received: The reason attached to the Trust Fund Request. Payment against an invoice where settlement to trust is active: Online Payments, Inv <<Invoice Number>>.
Multi Amount	A payment received applied to multiple matters.
Total Amount	The total amount of the payment received.
Banked	The total amount of the payment received banked.
