Your User Profile

Click to edit heading

Click on your Username in the top right-hand corner on any window while logged into LEAP Web and then select Profile to update your user profile.

General Details

 
  • Personal Details - Change your Title, Names and Initials here.
  • Contact - Change or add your Email, Mobile and Phone numbers here.
  • Sign In Details - Change your Password here.

Rates

 
  • You can enter up to 6 billing rates.

Additional Details

 
  • Add your Fax, Qualification, Immigration Licence and Attorney ID details here.

Email Integration

 

  1. Click Link.

  2. Enter your Microsoft Office 365 credentials in the new window.

  3. If your Microsoft Office 365 is already linked, click Unlink to unlink it and link a different account, if required.

  4. You can also add or change your Email Signature here.

Preferences

 

  • Default font for web mail client - By default, Sans Serif is set as the font. Click on the font name to choose from a drop-down list of available fonts.

  • Default email client - Your default email client will be Web. Change your preference to Outlook if you prefer new emails to open in Outlook Desktop.

  • Default Word and Excel application - Your default application preference will be Preview. The Office Online option will use your Microsoft Online account to open Word and Excel. The Office option will open documents with Microsoft locally.
