Provides an option to include or exclude inactive staff members from the list. 

NOTE: A staff member is considered 'inactive' (rather than current) when the member's Current Staff Member status is disabled under Access & Permission settings in the Staff Details window.

Displays the following staff member details. 

• Title
• Last Name
• First Name
• Qualification
• Login Status: Either 'Enable' or 'Disabled', depending on whether the Staff member's 'LEAP Access' is enabled.
• Username: Refers to the username the Staff member uses/used to access LEAP. It is determined by the 'Username' input within the Staff Details window (specifically located under General Details > SIGN IN DETAILS > Username). 
• Staff Creation Date
• User Creation Date

NOTE:

Typically, the 'Staff Creation Date' and 'User Creation Date' coincide. However, if a new staff member is added on Day 1 and granted LEAP access on Day 2, the two dates differ. In this case, Day 1 is displayed as the Staff Creation Date, while Day 2 is displayed as the User Creation Date. 

• Show in Staff List: Displayed as tither 'Yes' or 'No', it refers to whether the staff's name show in the Staff List under Menu > Application Settings > Firm > Staff. The result is determined by whether the Current Staff Member is enabled on for the staff member under Access & Permission. 

• Rate: Displays Rate A, Rate B, Rate C, Rate D, Rate E and Rate F, set within the 'Staff Details' window. 
• Details, including: 

- Staff email

- Phone

- Fax

- Immigration License

- Practicing Certificate
