How to Change Your Date Format to the Correct Region

If the date format in LEAP displays incorrectly, this may be due to incorrect time, language, or region settings on your computer.

To resolve the issue:

  1. Open Settings → Time & Language → Region

  2. Choose English (Canada) as the Windows display language

  3. Set Regional format and Country or region to Canada

  4. Restart your computer to apply the changes.
