Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010001 (RPC_E_CALL_REJECTED) usually occur due to a stuck Word process being held in the background of the PC, to resolve this issue we advise the following: 

  1. Check that there are no dialogue boxes or Microsoft Word warning or error messages open. If there are, ensure that these have been closed before attempting to generate the document again.

  2. Save and close all existing Word document/s currently open on your PC and try creating the document again. 

  3. “Force” close stuck Word processes – should the above not resolve the issue it may be that there is a stuck process still running that cannot be seen on the desktop. To close this process, you will need to open Task Manager: Right-click on the Windows “Start” Icon > select “Task Manager” and restart PC.
