Location: LEAP Menu > Reports > Trust > Estate & Power of Attorney > Estate & Power of Attorney Listing of Accounts

Purpose: Provides a list of active Estate & Power of Attorney Accounts, with balances calculated for a specified date based on either the transaction date or entry date.

  • The calculation of account balances is based on the 'End Date' and 'Calculated by' options.

  • The report includes active Estate & Power of Attorney Accounts, regardless of whether they have a balance or a null balance and excludes closed accounts. 

Filters:

End DateCalculates the account balance as of the speicified End Date. 
Calculated ByDisplays balances based either on Entry date or Transaction date.

Report Fields:

Matter The relevant matter number. 
ClientThe client on the matter. 
DescriptionThe matter description. 
Account NameThe Estate & Power of Attorney Account's name.
Transit No. The Estate & Power of Attorney Account's Transit No. 
InstitutionThe bank which holds the Estate & Power of Attorney account.
InstitutionThe bank which holds the Estate & Power of Attorney account.
BalanceThe balance of the account at the specified date, calculated based on the Entry Date or the Transaction Date.
