Our Firm has a folder in Forms and Precedents with the firm name on it, we just drag and drop your precedent into there and then you right click to edit precedent upon opening and before you start adding fields!! Make sure to do this before you make changes on it or it won't be added to the precedent (from experience.. it is the worst feeling..)
