How can we receive help when there's issues with LEAP?

We've been experiencing issues with LEAP. We've scheduled an appointment to have the issue resolve. The appointment was much later than what we hoped for but we understand that they have limited availability. We received a notice 40 minutes AFTER the scheduled time to let us know that the technician was not available. We did an update in the meantime and now we have even more issues. We have tried to use the Live Support Chat as recommended in the tech's email, but it is NOT showing on the Help Centre Page.

    had the same/similar issue..way too long to await an answer to an issue..short staff?..but totally a turn off...enough to not only change supplier but blog that this LEAP stuff doesn't work..in comparison...LEAP..if you are reading this..pay attention

    tried just now to book a session for Tech support..everyone is booked solid until January 27...what to do?..manually record expenses..manually write accounts..what is wrong with this picture...LEAP?
