If anyone has found a solution please share. I have reached out to LEAP as well and gotten no response. This is a nuisance every time you log in
Support says it plays while loading so it should only be there 5-10 seconds.... apparently we should be clearing our Cache to make things run better.
LEAP Menu>Settings>Application Settings>Firm>Members>Your Profile> Device Management: Sign out and Clear of all devices
