Pdfs in LEAP almost always get stuck when we try to open. You can try this workaround: Pin your Adobe program on the taskbar. Exit from all pdfs. Open the pdf you want from LEAP, wait for a second for it to load, then click on the Adobe icon on your taskbar to trigger it to open. If it still doesn't open, exit Adobe and click on the Adobe icon one more time.
When you want to close the pdf, use Ctrl+W instead of clicking on the X button. The idea is to close just the document itself and leave Adobe program open. That way you don't have to repeat the step above when you want to open another pdf.
But honestly, LEAP should really fix this issue.

I'm disappointed in this response. My firm has been having the same trouble since at least Sept. 2023. And it is still not solved.
A new issue that arose for us this week is it seems like LEAP has begun to encrypt PDFs created within LEAP. We cannot use Adobe Sign or add pages/combine files/etc.
We are having the same problem with our ability to electronically sign pdf's, which is essential to sending letters.
If you are converting from Word, did you uncheck the "secure" box before creating the pdf?

I can almost never open pdf's from Leap. It's extremely rare that it does work properly. I genuinely can't believe they haven't figured this basic functionality issue out yet.
