One way around this is to ask another staff member to go into the Matter Details and then "Access & Permissions" and unrestrict certain users from the matter to unlock it for them. But this may depend on which staff members have been added to the Access & Permissions section in LEAP's Application Settings > Firm > Staff Members. I would suggest to see if any one else has the sufficient permissions to unrestrict the user, otherwise please reach out to the HelpDesk team for assistance here: https://help.leaplegalsoftware.ca/s/contact-support
