I keep seeking pop-up windows stating, "unable to close the document until the current LEAP process has completed" when I try to close MS word documents. It won't let me close the documents. Any reasons for this pop-up?

    This prompt usually means that LEAP is performing an automation action on the Word document (for example, mergefields are pulling in data from your matter). If the Microsoft Word document freezes for any reason, this prompt may also appear. If this prompt is appearing consistently on different documents, please let us know, and we'll be able to provide further assistance.
