Do I have to go into each individual client to find out their rate?

Unfortunately we do not have a report which one display the information you are after.
The one place you could isolate some of these rates is if the staff member in question had created a Special Fee to track these rates. They could find these on the Special Fees screen which can be found under LEAP Menu --> Accounting --> Special Fees.
